  ※ It is highly recommended to use the most frequently used e-mail address of yours as registered e-mail ID for the congress.
• ③ Fill out the required personal information.
• ④ Receive the acknowledgement letter which will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail ID.

Registration Fee

It is necessary to complete the registration for every participant who wants to attend the congress. ONLY on-line registration is available through the WCMISST 2016 website, reg@wcmisst.org. The registration request via email and fax will not be accepted.

Group Registration

There will be no group registration for the congress. Every participant must sign up and complete their registration process individually. We do not offer any forms for the group registration.

Payment Method

Option1. Credit Card

Only Visa, Master, and JCB Card are acceptable. Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants. The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'KCP'.

Option 2. Wire Transfer

Bank service & tax charges are the responsibility of the registered participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. The Sender’s Name must include Registrant’s name and given registration number in order to confirm your payment.
A copy of the bank remittance receipt must be faxed or emailed to the congress secretariat.

The congress invoice will be provided for the participant who has completed his/her on-line registration process.
This document is only being able to request before completing payment.

Receipt

The receipt of the registration fee payment will be able to download and print at My Page of the website after completing the payment.

Letters for Visa Applications

Visa-free Entry to Jeju Island

Jeju Island is a special self-governing province and visitors from 180 countries are allowed to enter the island without a visa. Visitors from these 180 countries are permitted to enter Jeju Island and stay up to 30 days without Korean Visa according to “Special Law of Jeju Liberal City” with exception of designated 11 countries listed below.
Terms for Visa-free Entry to Jeju Island
* Length of stay does not exceed 30 days.
* Those eligible must take direct routes to Jeju Island, or with Jeju Island listed as their final destination.

Visitors from any of these 11 countries are not permitted to enter without a visa
Ghana, Nigeria, Libya, Macedonia, Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Palestine

Chinese Visitors

Chinese citizens holding passport issued by the People’s Republic of China, are entitled to visa-free entry to Jeju Island.
This entitlement is valid if:

• • Tourist holds a passport issued by the People’s Republic of China.
• • Tourist must join a Chinese group tourist program hosted by Korean or Chinese travel agents recognized by the Korea- China memorandum
• • Tourist arriving at the Incheon International Airport must depart from Korea through the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport or Jeju International Airport
• • Period of stay is no longer than 15 days. 

It is best to consult your local consular office for the latest information with regard to visiting Korea.

Visa Invitation Letter Issue

If you require an invitation letter for applying Korean entry visa, please complete the on-line registration and make the payment.
Once the payment has been received you will be able to apply for the letter; your personal information will be required for the letter issue.

* The sealed original letter by EMS will be provided in 2 weeks.

2. Special request

Any specific request must be notified to the secretariat vie e-mail at reg@wcmisst.org.

3. Notarized invitation letter

If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, you may request to the secretariat by April 30, 2016 via email:
reg@wcmisst.org only. The notary service fee must be paid by you. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether you need a notarized letter of invitation for visa issuance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail at reg@wcmisst.org or fax to +82-2-538-1540.
All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons. All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from all registration refunds.
